How long you have
Fourteen calendar days from the conclusion of the distance contract, or from the day you receive the contract terms if that is later. You don't have to give a reason and no penalty is charged.
How to exercise it
A written message to info@cps-bank.com is enough, or the button below. We confirm receipt on a durable medium.
What happens to your balance
Available funds are returned without undue delay. Amounts for services actually provided up to the moment of withdrawal remain due, and transactions already authorised run their course.
When it does not apply
The right does not apply to services already fully performed at your request before the fourteen days expire, nor to transactions whose value depends on market movements outside our control.
